Digital UNIX Version 4.0 supports all the customary UNIX system administration utilities from OSF/1 Version 2.0, including tar, dump/restore, and dd for performing backups and restores; df, du, scu, radisk, and disklabel for managing disks and disk usage; tunefs, newfs, and fsck for managing file systems; dbx for performing kernel debugging; and adduser for creating user accounts.
